What we collect

If you submit the FREE VIP Pass form, we receive the name, phone number and email address you type, and which program you chose. We do not ask for a date of birth, a home address or a payment detail anywhere on this website. The form also passes along any advertising parameters in the link you arrived on, such as a campaign identifier from a Facebook or Google ad. That tells us which advertisement brought you here. The answer to "When can you come in?" is used on the page only and is discarded before your enquiry is sent.

Why we collect it

So someone at CKO Kickboxing Washington Township can contact you to arrange the class you asked for, and so we know which of our advertisements are worth running. We do not sell or trade your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Enquiries are forwarded to the customer management system CKO Kickboxing Washington Township uses to run the gym, operated by a third party on our behalf. Class bookings made on this site are handled by the same system. This website is hosted by Vercel, which records standard server logs. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts and the map is embedded from Google Maps, so Google sees the requests your browser makes for them.

Cookies and storage

This site does not set its own advertising cookies, although the booking calendar and map we embed may set their own. The site keeps the advertising parameters described above in your browser’s session storage so they survive a click from one page to the next, and your browser clears that when you close the tab.

Under 18

Enquiries for anyone under 18 should be submitted by a parent or guardian using the adult’s contact details.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ckoemerson.com or call (201) 236-1000.
